Gift Wrap Sales
This is an annual fund-raiser in which students sell gift wrap to benefit Sophia Academy. Fifty percent of proceeds go to the school. Online sales.

Grandparents/Special Friends Day
This school-sponsored event Oct. 22nd is enhanced by parent volunteers planning decorations and themes. Parents also attend the event.

Hospitality
This committee develops the theme, publicizes and plans the menu for specific Sophia Academy events throughout the year. Events include Parent Education events, Dads' Breakfast, Character Awards Reception, "Soul Food" lunches for the staff and the Love Letter Production.

Library/Historian
This committee sets up and maintains the school library, including cataloging new books and re-shelving books. It also assists the Director with the school scrapbook by taking photos and collecting all school publications.

Masterpiece Gala
This evening event/auction will take place February 11th at Sophia Academy. We encourage friends and family to attend. You can support this by soliciting or becoming a sponsor, by soliciting silent auction items, by assisting with set-up and/or volunteering for the many jobs on the committee.

This committee organizes volunteers to coordinate and implement student activities for drug-alcohol awareness during Red Ribbon Week in October.
